    No way to answer that. It depends on the severity of the crime, your previous record, the mood of the DA, how crowded the courts are, etc.

    No. That is the short answer. The long answer is a bit more complicated. It depends on the severity of the charge. If you harmed someone in the commission of a felony, you are probably looking at prison. If it was a crime in which nobody was hurt, you are probably looking at being placed on probation. What is the charge?
