I've had this spot on the shaft of my penis for around 2-3 weeks now. It started fairly small and white in colour but has grown larger and turned red as of today. I'm not sure if it's gone red because I tried to squeeze it to see if it was pus filled or what, but it's bigger and red now.

It doesn't hurt in the slightest, only a little bit when I squeeze it with a fair amount of pressure. I'm 13 and a very regular masturbater and have been for a while, never had intercourse or any sexual activity before, but I have a feeling it's not far off and it's something that I'm staying calm about but can't help but feel worried for.

I've looked up some stuff on here and other sites, and it looks like it could be something to do with hairs not growing properly, minor skin condition due to blocked cells e.t.c. and I reckon it could be any one of those. I often get rashes from dry masturbation, but it isn't a problem because they disappear anyway. This is the first time in several years this has happened. And there is only one spot, not appearing to multiply at all.

Any ideas?

There are small white bumps that appear from masturbation. If you have not been sexually active, then what else can it be, right ? You absolutely don't try to squeeze them; in this case you are opening yourself up for some nasty infections if you do this. Just leave them alone and they will go away in time.

I have looked this up and was aware of these bumps. But it's not that, I'm sure.
The small lump has gotten a lot larger, red around the edge, looks puss filled. It's not rigid, but fairly hard. I still do not feel pain without touching or moving it and have no pain when urinating. It's pretty big now, I'd say nearing a centimetre in diameter. It rubs sometimes and hurts a bit The pain is worse for the fact I know it's there and I'm worried about it.

I'd really like to get to the bottom of what the hell this thing is, as I fear it is infected and I need to know how to treat it and hopefully get rid of it, because I'd know if this is some normal spot.

You had better visit your doctor. We are not allowed to diagnose here on AMHD. If it is puss filled as you say, and red around the outside, then you do actually have a problem. But... you said before you had been trying to break it. Fooling around with it probably has caused this to be a problem. Again, visit your doctor.

Yeah, it was an immediate reaction to it, and had no idea about the consequence which is incredibly annoying now, but what can I do?

Either keep it clean, stop touching it, stop masturbating (for a while). Either that or go to the doctor and be tested for STDs.
