    I was fat two years ago now an rilly small I want to gain weight again,that possible?
    I am 19yrs old almost 20 in a month.I weigh 50kg and am about 5'3 inches tall... I really want to gain weight is it possible for my body to gain more weight considering I was fat before?please assist

    Yes.

    Increase your calories, particularly your protein, and combine this with lifting weights.
