    Curious and desperate
My due date is either the 25 or it was the 16 of February they have tried to induce me twice and nothing I just started to walk a lot . How much walking do I have to do to start labor, and much sex do I have to have to soften my cervix and my last and final question is how can I tell if my body will even respond to any of these

Why have they tried to induce you and how did they try? I am guessing they did a couple of membrane sweeps and it didn't work? Some women will try a few of them.

Frequent intercourse can help with the prostaglandins in the semen but again it won't start things off if your body isn't ready for things to get going. Walking is sometimes also used, but tends to be more effective once labour has already begun. It's noninvasive, so a good one to keep trying... won't hurt, might help. Pressure points and nipple stimulation are other ways to try and get things going. With nipple stimulation, you would start with one side for a time and go onto both if necessary. Any contractions you might experience should not come on too strongly or last longer than a minute. It can take a bit of time, and some women will use a breast pump. Two main pressure points are hoku, which is at the corner of the fleshy part between your forefinger and thumb, and spleen 6, which is about 4 fingers width up from your ankle bone on the inside of your leg.

You may not even be at your due date (25th) yet, let alone passed it. If it were the 16th, it's not even a week passed yet.
Unless there is a medical reason to induce, or you are trying to avoid a medical induction, best to let baby come on his/her own time. But if you feel the need to keep trying, continue with some of these for awhile still.

If your body is going to respond, you will either notice more contracting or you may find changes to the cervix if they do an exam.
