    Small Claims-Disclosure Process
Ok, I am being sued in small claims for old credit card debt. I am the defendant, appearing pro se, and need to begin the discovery process to prepare my defense. I have a two part questinon:

    1) How do I ask for full disclosure? In otherwords, what requests do I need to make to ensure I get all the information they are planning to use in the case against me-documents, witnesses, etc? Also what time should they have to respond?

    2) Is it reasonalble to request that the copies of all documents, etc be sent to me at my home address? Or if not, what other avenues are acceptable for me to review the information they have? Their office is several hours away, and it would be very difficult for me to travel there to examine the documents.
