    Small Claims
    I have a judgement in small claims on an ex-spouse and I was wondering if you can garnish someone's disability wages, the state is Kansas

    Federal disability can ONLY be garnished for child/spousal support - not for any other debts/judgments.

    Private disability is not protected from being garnished.
