tran weathertron baystat 239 a honeywell RTH6350D

I have a tran weathertron baystat 239 and I'm trying to replace it with a honeywell RTH6350D, I have x2,O,G,Y,T,R,W,B. The honeywell has L,E,Aux,G,O/B,Y,R,Rc. Can you tell me how to match these up?
