I have a question:::

My friend got married in India and it took his wife 5 years to come here. She has now been in Canada for 8 month and she said she wanted to go to India for her brother's wedding, and she did not invite her husband to India with her.

AND MOST OF ALL SHE GOT MARRIED TO SOMEONE ELSE IN INDIA, JUST SO SHE COULD SEND HIM TO CANADA.

Her husband, and her, and her family, went and took her to the airport. Now it has been about 3 weeks (Feb 12, 2011) and neither did she ask her husband to get her at the airport, neither did she tell him the right time. So she didn't even call him, visit him, come live with him.

WELL I DON'T KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO, CAN SOMEONE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!? PLEASE, HELP HIM HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, AND HE REALLY MISSES HER, AND HE IS VERY SAD.

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Since this doesn't appear to be an immigration issue, I moved it from the Immigration law forum.

If she married someone else in India, she is a bigamist.

Its not clear who is who in your note, but it appears she may have only married your friend (?) to emigrate from India. I think your friend (?) needs to get his marriage annulled and move on.

I would certainly get in touch with the proper authorities to get to the bottom of this.
