Exercise and in moderation will not harm the baby, later on when you are probably 6 months. Or so you will have to curb certain excercises because they are harmful. You will find that you will have to eat after 5 pm at times; you are eating for two now.

By chance are you trying to lose weight or avoid putting too much weight on while pregnant?

If you are in good condition, you can continue most forms of exercise throughout pregnancy. As tickle mentioned, sometimes modifying certain types may be wise and/or necessary. You have the potential to injure yourself with movements that can be jarring to the joints, and balance can be a concern to be aware of as well. Best to monitor your heartrate and avoid extremes as your body is already working overtime with being pregnant. Regular exercise is both good for you and for your pregnancy.

Baby is well protected and barring any serious falls on your part is not in jeopardy.

While watching what you eat and your weight gain is important, be careful not to be too restrictive. Baby will take from your reserves and you are the one who would be more likely to experience any ill effects if you are too extreme.

Grazing at regular intervals throughout the day can be especially wise in pregnancy to help maintain glucose and blood pressure levels within a normal range. Be sure that you are taking in adequate amounts of fluids throughout the day as well.

Continue some moderate exercise. It is good for you and your pregnancy. Women who are in good physical condition can have an easier time in labour simply due to their increased stamina.

You might consider something like yoga in pregnancy or a water aerobics class for pregnancy. Something as simple as daily walking and gentle stretching will be helpful.

Since you are eating well most of the day, don't worry about eating much later on. You could have some fruit and cheese or yogurt and a handful of nuts for example in the early evening. It doesn't have to be a meal.

It is not uncommon to not have much appetite at times in the early weeks. Often you will find your appetite will fluctuate throughout your pregnancy. Just try to make sure that when you do eat, you are having mostly healthy options.

A prenatal or multivitamin will give you a bit of insurance as well... :)
