Take the print to a nearby University that has an art department, a museum that has displays art and ask for anyone that is involved in the art aspect of the institution, go into a reputable art gallery, call an art appraiser, take it to a commercial printer and ask if the print is a limited edition or was it produced in quantity? From your description it appears that it is a print from a commercial press, but I may be wrong.
