    Need some help can I sue
    My ucle molested my two girls and niece he was found guilty and charge 270days only. I lost my Job lost my home and cars my entire families life changed. All three girls have a tempemted to commit suidcide. Can I sue?

    If you lost your property and it can be proven that this loss was proximately caused by your uncle's crime, yes you can sue him.

    If the girls attempted to commit suicide as a result of this crime, again, you might be able to recover a judgment against him for any needed counseling, etc.. Do you rights with respect to all three girls (including the niece) which would give you capacity to sue in their behalf?
