We live in Minnesota. My husband died with really no estate or will of his own. All he had was a life insurance policy that he told me he was going to change to include me, but he never did. All $120,000 went to one of his children, trusting her to divide it equally among herself and her 3 siblings. Well, she is being greedy! What little he had is not worth going to probate court over unless I can force her to pay all his debt. I have been stuck with all the bills, and his back taxes. Since he had no estate or will (the house is my childhood home, my inheritance from my mother and solely mine), what should I do?
