    Toilet install 60 feet from tank
    New toilet install . 60 foot straight run 4" sch 40 . How much do I elevate toilet ?

    I believe the standard is 1/4" pitch (or drop) per foot, so that would be a minimum of 15". You will also need to factor in the height of the flange. So 15" from the bottom of the flange that the toilet bolts to. You may want to check with your local building codes first however, because there are other factors that need consideration.

    That would be for 3" or smaller drain, your 4" only requires half that pitch, so about 8"
