We have a new employee but I forgot to make adjustment for this employee with the 4.2% FICA. Is it possible for me to adjust the over withheld amount of $20.50 in the next pay period? Is it legal to do it this way? Thanks in advance for your input!! Kity

Yes you can adjust on the next payroll. Just make sure it is in the same quarter so it will not affect your 941 tax statements.
