    My husband was charged with domestic mischuf will he get time if so how long. Also he does have a bad crimmal recored:confused:

    Depending on the severity of the domestic violence, the court is the only way you are going to find out how much time he will get, and what will transpire from it.

    That is a misdemeanor so doing time isn't likely unless his record is extensive. Has he done time in prision or jail? How many convictions and for what. Sadly no matter whjat we say a judge will make a determination which fits his view of hubby.
