I grew up in the 90s, and this is probably a movie created in the 80s.

Anyway there was this movie I saw that was a fantasy about people riding dragons. My memory is VERY poor on it, but there are few things that stick out in my mind about it. I've searched everywhere and haven't been able to find answers! :(

Here's what I remember:

There were colorful dragons that people rode around in the sky from this Sky Base thing. It was a futuristic type fantasy. The people were wearing armor and I guess patrolling the sky, or searching for dragon eggs or something. Men and women, they looked like knights or angels or something.

They found some abandoned base where there was a scratchy message that kept saying, "Come in Gallileo" or something like that.

Some futuristic type hollow passageway the dragons had to fly through a sub-space (made up word I think ha ha) to get to the villans base.

There was an evil dragon, and his master they were in the pits of some volcano. The dragon kept messing with eggs that were in the Lava. There was a villaness too.

I think the final battle took place on a cliff... I cannot remember.
