    Crying
Lately, I don't know what's been going on and this only just recently started for me a few months ago. I've always been a big cry baby, haven't we all? But this time, its for no reason. Most times, I just break out in tears on certain days. I can't figure out why and I need some answers and maybe some support. But anyway, I just wanted to know if anyone knows what the cause of this is...

I used to do this a lot. If you feel you are under stress, or if there has been a major change in your life, it might just be your subconscious venting because it's often we don't really know how we feel.

Can I ask how old you are?

I used to be a big toughie when I was younger, then I hit puberty and started crying at things that weren't even that sad. Someone could say my name a certain way and I'd burst out in tears.

As I got a bit older my hormones seemed to settle, and the crying fits were less frequent. Then I had my kids and it all started again.

It very well could be hormonal, which is why I'm asking your age. :)

I have been having the same thing recently, and didn't feel I could talk about it to anyone as they wouldn't understand, my boyfriend always thinks he is the reason why I am so upset and doesn't understand how I could cry so much over 'nothing'.
The best thing I have found to do is talk to a close friend or family member who you trust and just pour your heart out, let it all out and you might feel better. After talking to my boyfriend and my closest girl friend I felt a lot better, and feel as though I've got it off my chest, I've still been feeling down and crying a lot, but after talking about it I am beginning to feel a bit better.
Hope you feel happier soon :)
