Can't identify this artist or the painting. Any help would be nice.
I've tried to find this artist, but I'm unable to identify his last name. I believe his first name is Garcia.

Yes, you have asked twice, I have looked at it twice, can't identify it. It has to be the ugliest abstract I have ever seen. If you feel it is worth the effort and money, have it identified by an art historian. I quite frankly, don't think it is worth it and if you enjoy this type of art, then hang it and enjoy it.
