How to identify artist of painting?
I found this painting in the attached photo at a local thrift shop and couldn't pass it up. It needs a cleaning as you might be able to see in the attached photo. However, it is not signed and I only have the info on the back to go on.

Handwritten on back in pencil are two words: Hartman and Lawndale

The label on back is partially worn away, and below is what I can still read:

    SBY Photo Service

    Photo Finishing - Photos

    Cameras - Photographic Supplies

    Tel. ORchard 7-2874

Brea (Opp Inglewood Theatre) Inglewood, CA

If you could offer any identification hints, or point me in the right direction for assistance, I would be grateful.

    Thank you,
