    No lease or contract want to evict
    About a mobile home in a park for a friend. Title said I'm lean holder and he's on the owner line.he stopped paying and now he won't leave. I sent eviction after 30 day he sent a later to pay and he never did. Now 2 months and I call to collect and 24 hrs latter I was served a ppo. I reposessed the title at the secrutary of state.

    If you repossessed the home, ( or at least the title) does that man that you are now the owner, not the lien holder ?

    If you are the lien holder you have to repo the trailer, they do that sort of like you repo a car around here.

    But if you already have the title in your name, you evict though the court
