About a mobile home in a park for a friend. Title said I'm lean holder and he's on the owner line.he stopped paying and now he won't leave. If you repossessed the home, ( or at least the title) does that man that you are now the owner, not the lien holder ?

If you are the lien holder you have to repo the trailer, they do that sort of like you repo a car around here.

But if you already have the title in your name, you evict though the court
