    Keeping old bathroom six bulb lighting, but updating it?
    I want to keep the light, but does anyone have any ideas how to make it look better?

    Well... any chance you could send a picture? Hard to say what to do until you show us what you got. Anything can be cleaned, painted, polished... the globes (if there) can be changed... endless opportunity.
