My kenmore dryer model # 96576200 runs fine but will not heat
My kenmore dryer model # 96576200 runs fine but will not heat. We have checked the breaker box and changed out the thermal fuse(3392519) still no heat. Can you put the fuse in backwards or is it a different part that is bad?

Dryer was working fine yesterday. Wife went to use it today and it will run. But there is no heat coming out of it. I was going to give up trying to fix it myself, until I called Sears today for a repairman. They want $129.00 just to look at it. Parts are extra. I have never used an ohm meter...
I'm guessing the thermal limiter is bad, but can't figure out how to get to it.
Kenmore 70 series dryer (model #110.96576200): No more heat, won't turn off and is the heating element suppose to be a rusty brown color?
The heating element will not heat. Checked resistance of element, it is 9.5 ohms. Thermostat on element cover clicks when heated with lighter and clicks again when cool but resistance of thermostat remains 0. thanks:)
