If I broke a lease at an apartment 2 1/2 years ago, would TAA still have a record of that? I know it would be on my credit report, but I was told TAA only keeps records for 2 years. I wanted to know if that was true.

I couldn't find a specific answer at taa.org. But 2 years appears to be a very short time to keep records of problem tenants.
