    suing for breach of trust in ontario?
    I asked the real estate agent to communicate to the buyers that I wanted to come out of a binding deal =because I got sick suddenly. I was willing to pay out the damamges still she did not communicate to the buyers and I lost the home because I was so ill and not conscious about anything that was going on. I am now suing ofr breach of trust and fudciary duites. What can I sue for.

    Whenever you sue anyone for anything, you sue to recover your losses.
