Capacitor has large chunk of grey goop protruding out of case, is it bad?

Capacitor has large chunk of grey goop protruding out of case, is it bad?

My beckett burner motor just humms when it tries to start. Is it the capacitor?

Sounds like a definite yes. Capacitors usually bulge out when they good bad also.

The plumber put a camera down the pipe and we could see half of a broken brass nut the last owner dropped in the main sewer pipe. He said I need to bust the floor out to get it. Anyone know of a grabbing tool I can use? Any other ideas. Tried pushing it out the other side bust it gets stuck.
