I have a three rocker switch and one white, two black, and one red wire coming out of the box. How do I connect these four wires to the switch?

No way to tell. You need to know how it was roughed-in or wired previously.

What other wires are in this box?
    Where do they go?

What's a three rocker switch? Do you mean a 3-way rocker type switch? If so, there should be another 3-way switch. You will have to tell us how it is wired for us to tell you how to wire this one.

one white, two black, and one red wire coming out of the box
Not logical, if you have two black you should have two white.
