21 year old woman with severe pelvic pain and disharge.. exeptionally worse today..
I am a 21 year old woman.. and I have a history of pelvic pain and irregular periods, according to a few doctors I have ovarian cysts. I had a laparoscopy done about 2 n a half years ago, and was told I had very little endo, but my cysts were not removed for some reason.. there has been quite a few times when the cysts have ruptured causing a lot of pain. But today starting early this morning I started to get severe period like cramps like I get the day after I normally start my period. Except there is no sign of any blood. Just a lot of discharge. First its creamy off white and kind of weird smelling for 2 days.. then today when the pain started it was watery clear and slippery like.. my pelvic pain progressed thruout the day and now is a lot worse, and the discharge has went from watery to milky white with no odor. The last time I had my period was about 3 weeks ago. Can anyone give me sum ideas on what this could be or mean? I am desperate. I don't even want to go to the hospital because every time I go they give me sum ibprofin and send me home. But the pain is almost unbearable.. if anyone has any advice *** share it with me ASAP. Thank you so much.

If the pain is unbearable you really need to be seen again. Some cramping may occur during ovulation, which can produce the discharge you described, but it is not normally severe. Since you posted this yesterday, have you tried ibuprofen and, if so, did it help?

Ovarian cysts sometimes will sort themselves out, but other times intervention is required. That you had slight endometriosis two and a half years ago doesn't mean it hasn't progressed, so that should be checked.
