Severe pain in the pelvic area (women)
I had my tubes tied after my second child over a year ago and since then I have had severe pain about a week before my period, lasting throughout the 3-10 days during, and about a week afterwards. Now, 2 weeks before my next period is supposed to start, I am having severe pain in my (ovary) areas. I can't even stand up straight and am very dizzy and nausious. Is there a reason for this?

Please understand that we cannot diagnose over the internet. The cause could be a few things, one of which could be ovarian cysts. You will have to see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
