Can I get my x to sign over all parental responsibility
Can I get my x to sign over any parental responsibility he may have by law, He doesn't want any contact with his daughter and isn't on birth certificate. I want to get on with our lives with a clean state, and don't want him demanding access several years later. But he does play csa for her.

What do you mean by parental responsibility? If he doesn't want to see her he doesn't have to - no Court can require him to be active in her life.

If you research you will see that this question is asked almost every day. Here is also info which you could have read before you posted - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/family...st-116098.html.

There is no such thing as a clean slate if that involves surrendering rights without adoption. He can demand access at any time and then it's up to the Court to grant or deny his request.

If you are asking if he can sign off as her father, no, he cannot. He can only "sign off" if another person is ready to adopt the child, and that adoption must meet State requirements.

He can not sign over his rights, Do you have a court order granting you full custody, has he filed for visits yet ? Is there a child support order in place ?

He can in several years come and ask for visits if he changes and wants to latter be part of the child's life, he has that right and can not sign it over
