    Terminate Guardianship.
    I have Custodyy of my 16 year old sister due to our mothers death. I have had her for 5 yrs now and her behavior is getting worse. She steals, lies, and is very disrespectful and deceitful. I have trie counseling and medication. She now has 3 felonies and I sleep with my door locked. I need help I cannot continue to deal with her because I have a 4 yr old son who requires more of my attention than her. I need to know how to terminate my rights as her legal guardian.

    You have to go through the court system. It is the only way.
