Can joint Bankruptcy be filed with out my consent
Hi,
I am on H4 dependent visa(I do not earn) and my husband is on H1 visa,we are separated but still married and I have a restraining order on him.My husband is filling for bankruptcy and threating that he will add my name.He says that he has used my name and ITIN number for all the creditors. My question is 1.Can he file for bankruptcy without my consent using my ITIN number. 2.Does the paper work require my signatures for filing. 3.Can he file on my behalf without my knowledge. |
