    Form 8843
    In form 8843 at the beginning there is place to put the address of usa, I am now out of usa and have returned to my county, should I put the address I had during my stay in usa in that part of the form ?

    Assuming that you are sending this form by itself (that is, not attached to your 1040NR tax return), you should fill in only your current foreign residence address. Leave the US address blank.

    Thank you! As I did not file form 8843 for the year 2009 and 2008 I am doing them now as I did not work during those years I thought I don't have to fill up anything!
