    How do I test to see if the air gage on my holding tank for my well is working?
    When I tap it with my finger the gage fluxtuates up and down. I have limited knowledge and experice with usinga drilled well.

    Gauges are cheap. Just replace it. The fact that it moves when you tap it just says replace it.
