    A friend's coming on too strong, how do I tell him?
    Hello,
    I have a friend who is very much into someone, but the other person seems not to be. However, my friend is being a bit creepy about it, posting on Facebook like a tormented soul every time he doesn't get a text back. I dearly love my friend, but I can see that his attitude is only going to push this person away from him.
    What do I do? If I leave him to find out for himself that he's coming on too strong, he'll undoubtedly get dumped. But if I tell him, I run the risk of alienating someone who I normally treat like a brother.

    Leave it be, its not your fight, be neutral, If u don't want to win or lose u have to be neutral, that's the best way

    Agree with lilmans. He has to learn for himself. Everyone does. When he is dumped you can commiserate. She's probably not going to go for him at this point anyway.

    While I agree with the other posters,I also think,and its maybe its just me ,that friends,true friends and say the stuff that other people won't or cant.

    You could be gentle or just give it to him straight up and served cold, he may not take it well,so prepare yourself,however, once its said,perhaps he will realise he is going OTT with his crush and easy off,and know that you are really a good friend.

    You definitely need to tell him what you think and your fears about it. Friends do that!

    He may get a little upset over it, but then again, it sounds like he's in a constant state of "upset" as it is.
