    Concealing hoses and faucets
My washing machine hoses and faucets are about 6" above the washing machine and the dryer plug is about 1' above the dryer. I'm wondering if there is any type of device to conceal these?

Having the faucets above the washer isn't a bad idea, much easier to shut off, particularly in case of emergency. You could build a frame, about 1 1/2" thick and then put a hinged plastic or plywood door over it. If the outlet is wired from the floor level, you can always put in another box and lower the outlet. If it is a surface mount type outlet you should be able to do the same and then do some patching. I do not know of a specifec cover designed for either purpose.
