    I need help
I need help and advice or anything. Im 18 and I'm naturally a happy person but, latley I can't help but be down. I know I'm homesick, but I feel so alone and I'm urrounded by friends that love and care about me. The issue is I can't let myself open up to them about how I'm feeling, I feel like I will be judged and discriminated even more than I already am. When I get sad I start to have muscle spasms or something and I normally calm down after a few minutes but its not going away and I can't stop shaking and I can't stop crying. Can someone just help or talk to me, I'm too afraid to ask someone I know.

You CAN open up to friends. Even just one who you are sure has a sensitive side and a good heart.
That's the definition of a friend - someone you can tell anything to.
If he or she isn't able to help, ask for a therapist or depression group. I assume you are away at school?
It may be temporary homesickness or it may be a more lasting depression.
