    They were in a car and the kid was sick and sneezed.
    It was like a pandemic breakout. There were like 4 teens driving away from the city or somewhere. They are stopped by a car on the side of the road with a family in it. They debate whether or not to stop and help them. The family's kid has a mask on and whne he takes it off he sneezes on one of the teens. He is infected and they freak out. That's all I can remember and would love to find out what the name of this movie is called
