    When does the bank freeze an account?
    I tried to transfer funds between my accounts but I could not. No notice was ever sent to me

    More info is needed,

    Where are you at,
    What type of accounts.

    Was the money in one just put in the account.

    Is the funds really in the account

    Are there judgements against you,
    Is there unpaid child support.

    The reason for the money to be frozen makes a difference
