    How to get rid of Anxiety from Thinking your health problem will never get better?
    So I got an injury recently. It's very painful. ANd I can't stop thinking about how it will probably not have a solution and that then I will have to have surgery.

    It happened from doing nothing, just when I woke up from bed I had chest pain and I've had that chest pain from that day on. It's been like a week now.And I get intense pain when I move my torso/chest. Or when I move my arms. Sometimes even when I move my neck.

    But anyway, this anxiety keeps me from enjoying life and now I'm thinking I will probably end up disabled forever.

    Well I'm just saying. I'm anxious and scared cause I have pain in an area that people rarely have pains.. and it's very painful.. so I'm thinking it will never heal.

    It's not in an area where people don't have pain. That's why we suggested you get your gallbladder checked out. My husband's pain was very similar to yours. He no longer has a gallbladder.
