    Carrier Weathermaker 8000 not working
Carrier Weathermaker 8000, Model 58wav111-16 not firing up. The blower goes on and the glow element turns orange, but the gas does not come on. Earlier this week it was giving a code 14. I changed the filter and reset the switch near the flue that has 2 orange wire going to it. Worked fine for couple of days. This the furnace stopped firing up. The light was blinking a code 13. I turned off power and reset switch again. Work for one cycle. I shut off power, cleaned dust off switch and inside rectangular compartment. Furnace blower goes on, ignitor turns orange but no gas and then the orange glow goes away.

I've had my carrier a/c heat unit for about 10 years.. . Good service, but it has recently been making a sqeaking/chirping/screeching sound when the fan is running in a/c mode. I reminds me of the sound a car makes when the fan belt is slipping. Any suggestions? Thanks, lankford3
