    Nys tax law
    Me and my husband have been divorced for almost a year. I have physical custody but we have joint too. I wrote in our separation agreement that one yr I will claim my son then the other yr his father would. But he hasn't seen his son in a year and a half. Can he still claim him on his taxes evn though it is written in the agreement and he hasn't seen him
