    Hormonal issues
I was on the pill for 5 years, I started taking it because when I got my period my cramps were so severe I could barely walk. At the beginning of this year I went off the pill and so far my cramping has been bearable, I'm very concerned though because for the past few months when I've been getting my period, I have become very very depressed. It only lasts a couple of days but to the point where I'm crying all night and I feel like my world has fallen apart, just recently on my period my thoughts went a bit suicidal. Without taking the pill, and getting implanted or anything like that, is there a way I can control my hormones?

I'm not a doctor but I will try to answer this yes and no. there are some study show that if a female is highly active in sport or body building they will loose there period. That the yes part, now the no I've never hear of a way to control your hormones. I will tell that my wife have severe cramps during her periods and they are not normal 10 percent of women will have this problem in my wife case for the pain the doctor will give pain pills for this you will have to tell them how bad the pain is and they will run test to check if there not anything else wrong like a sis,but if your pain was less I don't think you would be depressed to the suicidal stage. Now there are antidepressed pills you still need to see the doctor. Hope you find you anwers good luck
