Have you told your doctor about this? It could be a symptom of something, or it could just be a habit. We can't tell you which one though, you already know that.

    Talk to your doctor.

No I went to the doctor like... 2 weeks ago though and I told him about basically everything except the shaking cause that just happened, but my step mom said it's a ghost but I don't know about that... but it only happens at home. Like last night when it was happening, I was in my house I was shaking, but then I went outside and across the street to my friend's house and it stopped completely. So I'm confused! But I told my dad and he called my doctor this morning and the doctor said there's really no explanation he can come up with unless it has to do with me hitting my head so.. I'm going to go to the doctor I thinkk on Wednsday after school and get a scan thing to see if something's wrong and he said if I get the scan and there's nothing messed up then maybe my body was just cold. Or I'm getting sick. Or maybe it happens when I get upset or nervous. Which yes it has happened in the past. But not as bad as it was this time.
