    Quit smoking encouragement
    Hello,

    I quit smoking about 6 months ago, feel back into recently, and decided to quit again. I feel like I've read all the harmful affects you can possibly know about cigarettes, but still find myself craving one every day.

    So, I was wondering if anyone knows of some encouragement on quitting smoking that they wouldn't mind sharing with me, that would be greatly appreciated.
