    Name used collectively for things you use for blind baking
    Is there a name used collectively for things you use for blind baking e.g. baking beans, lentils, rice etc?

    I've always just heard them referred to as "weights."

    Peas and beans and all that dry stuff ;0) is called legumes ( I don't really know, what you mean by your question
