    Tenement frozen pipes
I live in a tenement building. Heating working fine but no water from kitchen tap or shower & only cold water from bathroom tap. Is it a case of frozen pipes & what do I do to fix it? Wait for them to thaw?

Did this happen last year too? Where is your water heater, how is it set and can you drain hot water from the drain plug?
