I have City water. I get no water in the kitchen sink but upstairs and downstairs bathrooms are fine. I'm worried with a recent cold weather that this means the pipes are frozen but was wondering if anyone had any other ideas.

Ok, last time my unit went out and was able to fix it with the help here but now I have another problem. My unit outside is working and inside as well but this morning not much air was flowing so I had no time to check everything so I turned the unit off and left the Fan on ON to melt the coils...
