I used a thicker filter one time and the person I got it from said it burned something out. Now I have been using the cheap filters. Question is, can I use the thicker filters on this unit? Thanks Todd
When furnace comes on it does not reach desired temp.then cuts off a couple of minutes then reignites it repeats this cycle multiple times then finally cuts off,replaced control limit switch ran fine for about 1 1/2 weeks now its doing it again.any help would be appreciated

Where is the filter located for an Armstrong Ultra V Tech 80 furnace? How often should it be changed? This is a forced hot air system. Also has central air. Can they be purchased locally ie: Home Depot or Lowe's? Tha nk you.
I am installing an Aprilaire Humidifier 500a on an Armstrong Air Ultra V Tech 80 furnace. Where do I get the 24 VAC from the heating side of the furnace to feed the humidifier control?
