60 day Notice to Terminate Tenancy due to selling the property
Do we haveto pay rent if our landlord has given us a 60 day Notice to Terminate Tenancy because she wants to sell the property. The person who gave us the notice told us not to worry about paying any rent. Now she calls and said she wants half of it. Do we still have to pay the rent?

You owe all the rent during a notice period. Unless the landlord tells you theirself ( and I would get it in writing)
